Hiring Immediately Multiple positions available Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire students while facilitating learning in a dynamic and nature-focused environment. Your role will involve implementing lesson plans, engaging students in outdoor activities, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred but not required. - Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting. - Passion for nature and environmental education. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt quickly to varying classroom situations and student needs. - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Key Responsibilities: - Follow and implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher. - Create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment. - Lead outdoor activities, nature walks, and hands-on projects. - Foster a sense of curiosity and respect for the environment among students. - Manage classroom behavior and ensure adherence to school policies. - Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
