We educate our students in two mixed-age classrooms.
Each class is intentionally limited to 12 students to ensure quality, individualized attention.
Our mixed-age model facilitates in-class mentoring and unique learning opportunities, integrating the building blocks of academics with the wonders of nature. Teachers guide awareness and appreciation of the flora and fauna of our environment. Our unique location allows for our classroom to spill out into
Oswald State Park and the Cape Falcon Marine Reserve.

Eagles - Pre-K and Kindergarten
The Eagles class is centered around play and exploration. Children spend ample time outdoors experiencing literacy, math and science through a natural lens. Fundamental skills are established through joyful games, songs, and physical activities. Social skills are honed through group activities and shared learning experiences.

Wolves - Grades 1-5
The Wolves class is a place where our-mixed age model really shines. The small class size allows for individualized teaching that meets each child at their specific stage of learning. Students help create their own learning plans and work collaboratively on projects, games and creative presentations. The outdoors serve as a place of focus, inspiration, and emotional regulation.
