Our HistoryFire Mountain School was founded in 1983 by a group of like-minded parents that envisioned a different educational experience for their children. They organized, fundraised, and built the very schoolhouse that we enjoy today. FMS “Elders” continue to support and engage with our teachers and parents ensuring that the original spirit of Fire Mountain lives on. It is our honor to carry the torch as we continue to offer an education that is rooted in nature and celebrates community connections.
