2026-27 School Year
Our first day of school is Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
Fire Mountain School is made up of two mixed-age classes.
EAGLES: Pre-K (age 4)
WOLVES: Kindergarten + Grades 1-5 (ages 5-11)
We accept applications and consider new applicants based on capacity.
Currently, enrollment for the 2026/27 school year is full.
If you are interested in applying for the waitlist for the 2026/27 school year, please submit your child's application and we will reach out to complete Steps 2 and beyond if space opens.
For the 2027/28 school year, we will review and process applications starting January 2027 through April 2027.
Application & Enrollment Process
Step 1 - Submit Application
Step 2 - Pay Application Fee of $50 (per child applying for enrollment)
Step 3 - Schedule School Visit
Step 4 - Follow-up interview with parents and teachers either in person or virtual/phone
Step 5 - An enrollment decision will be determined by teaching staff/school administrators
Step 6 - If enrollment is offered, sign Enrollment Contract and pay deposit of $500 (to be applied to annual tuition fee)

2026/27 Tuition Rates
Full Time Tuition: $8755 per year
Part Time Tuition: $6755 per year (Pre-K option only)
Tuition can be paid in one lump sum, per term, or per month on a 10-month plan.
Tuition assistance may be awarded to families who demonstrate financial need through qualification in one or more recognized Government Assistance Programs (e.g., SNAP, Medicaid, TANF). Documentation of participation may be requested during the application process. To inquire about tuition assistance opportunities, please contact the Executive Director.

We generally follow the Neahkahnie School District schedule from September - June (with some exceptions).
Enrollment Deposit
Once you have received an Enrollment Offer, a tuition deposit of $500 must be paid within two weeks to secure your child's place. This deposit will be applied toward the annual tuition amount.

- Full-time enrollment is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00am-3:00pm -3:00
Thursdays 11:00am-3:00pm to allow for swimming lessons at NCRD. Students may register for swimming instruction at NCRD on Thursday mornings (optional with additional fee to participate in swim at NCRD) - Part-time enrollment for PreK students: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9:00am - 3:00pm
