APPLICATIONS
Starting to receive applications from February 10, 2022. Please fill out our application form here.
We are beginning to review APPLICATIONS from MARCH 15th, 2022 and on a rolling basis thereafter.
In order to check your application please send us the application fee of $25,00 via check to:

We will reach out in case we have any questions or would like to schedule an interview in addition. We enroll 12 students per class. If there are more applicants than available spots we will start a waitlist on a first-come first-serve basis.
CLASSES
Fire Mountain will enroll 2 mixed aged classes for the 2022/23 school year:
- EASTERN EAGLES: Preschool, Kindergarten and First Grade (ages 4-6)
- WESTERN WOLVES: Elementary Class, Grades 2-5 (ages 7-10)
We limit the number of children in each classroom to twelve students to ensure individual attention.
We largely mirror the 10 month Public School schedule from September - June, though we may start a few days later and end a few days earlier. School year and tuition is based on these 10 months: September to June. Our School is open Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm with the possibility of aftercare on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (at additional rates).
TUITION:
Our annual tuition for ages 4-10 (preK - grade 5) is on a
sliding scale between $6,500 - $10,000 and is determined depending on personal ability and family income.
For preschool (age 4) we have the option for a 3 day week (Monday - Wednesday)
with the annual tuition between $4,500 - $8,000.
Please note that any tuition payment goes directly into teacher's salaries and is therefore essential for the operation of our school.
First Tuition payment is due on Aug 15, 2022. Annual, quarterly or monthly payment plans are available.
DEPOSIT
Once you have our go ahead to enroll in Fire Mountain School we are charging a tuition deposit of $500,00 in order to enroll secure your child's spot in class. This deposit will be subtracted from the Annual Tuition. The deposit is 50% refundable if a family finds they must withdraw before July 15, 2022. The Tuition Deposit is not refundable after July 15, 2022.
PRESCHOOL STUDENTS (ages 4-5)
- Full Time (5 days Mon - Fri, hours: 9am-3pm)
Annual: $6500 Tuition Deposit: $500* Balance: $6000
- Part-time (3 Days, Mon - Wed, hours: 9am-3pm.)
Annual: $4500 Tuition Deposit: $500* Balance: $4,000
Annual, quarterly or monthly payments available.
KINDERGARTEN & ELEMENTARY STUDENTS (ages 5 through ~10)
- Full Time (5 days Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm)
Annual: $6500 Tuition Deposit: $500* Balance: $6000
Annual, quarterly or monthly payments available.
*First tuition payment is due on August 15th and each following payment is due on the 1st of the respective month or according to the payment plan that you choose. Annual, quarterly or monthly payments available.
*The Tuition Deposit is 100% refundable if enrollment does not meet minimum requirements for a class. This Deposit is 50% refundable if a family finds they must withdraw before July 15. The Tuition Deposit is not refundable after July 15.
