Fire Mountain School is a play-based forest school located on Oregon’s North Coast. Nestled inside a coastal rainforest, our students build academic fundamentals through the lens of nature and are instilled with the value of stewardship to the community and the land. Founded by parents and run by parents, Fire Mountain School is a community-run school that has been serving the children of the North Coast since 1983.
